Everyone's talking about culinary delights, but for us, it also requires a degree of trust in the creativity and diversity of the numerous dishes that our award-winning chef Milivoj Novak presents anew each day. Seasonal, fresh, and high-quality products from our local farmers and fish farmers, as well as from Italy and Croatia, are of paramount importance. Our own vegetable garden and herb garden are especially dear to us. Therefore, our culinary journey is always unique and full of surprises.

Whether you want to wind down the day or meet friends for a glass of wine, Starcke Haus is always a popular spot for gatherings of all kinds. Enjoy the magnificent rooftop views over Graz, stretching all the way to Southern Styria. We offer fragrant Italian coffee, soothing organic tea, natural juices from local farmers, and our ever-popular hand-pulled apple strudel from chef and owner Milivoj Novak, as well as seasonal cakes. Vintage sardines, pâtés, and daily specials complete our menu.

Cancellation policy for individual tables for up to 5 people
Please note that a cancellation fee of €120.00 per person will be charged for individual table cancellations unless a cancellation is received by email at reservierung@starcke.at at least 48 hours before the reservation date. Should there be any changes to the number of guests, please inform us accordingly.
