All year round Thursday to Saturday
Reception at 6:30 p.m. - start at 7 p.m.
If possible, we are happy to extend our pleasure trip at lunchtime, or on our rest days from 6 people with a binding reservation.
The gourmet journey is a surprise menu.
In summer, dinner with a view over Graz takes place on our balcony in stable weather, otherwise in the gourmet restaurant.

With the following products from the region of Austria, the near European region and internationally, we offer a variety of animal meat products, freshwater fish from Austria, fresh fruit, vegetable and herb cultivation from our own garden and purchase of organic products from selected suppliers.

Cancellation policy for individual tables up to 6 people
Please note that a cancellation fee of €120.00 per person will be charged for individual table cancellations unless we receive a cancellation notice by email to reservierung@starcke.at at least 48 hours before the reservation date. Any changes to the number of people in your party (+ or -) must also be communicated to us in writing.
